Insulator strings of grey and green glass discs against a pale blue sky

Solutions

Isolator Inspection

Find the failing isolators before they take the line down. We cover entire stretches of grid and document every fault we find — right down to the individual disc.

How It Works

From Grid Sweep To Smallest Defect.

Every job calls for its own sensor — and we have them all. A corona camera sweeps long stretches of the grid to flag discharging isolators. Thermal imaging follows up on suspect strings, exposing degradation no visual inspection can see. And ultra-high-resolution photography documents the exact defect, down to 0,03 cm/px — found, verified and documented.

CORONA · UVTHERMAL · IRRGB · 0,03 CM/PXTHE RIGHT SENSOR FOR EVERY STEP
01

Corona Camera

Sweeps whole sections of the grid, flagging ultraviolet discharge from damaged or contaminated isolators — long before visible failure.

02

Thermal Camera

Follows up on suspect strings — heat signatures expose internal degradation and poor connections that no visual inspection can see.

03

High-Resolution Camera

Documents the finding — cracks, chips and surface contamination on every disc, down to 0,03 cm/px.
